Blue Christmas is the main attraction if you see the Seibu Christmas window display. However, 'blue' word here does not mean the sadness as in the infamous Blue Christmas song. Here, blue is the Christmas decorations behind all the mannequins. Blue paper, glass balls, and other properties come in all shades of this color. The effect is still festive but not traditional.
